BEHINDTHEIVY was born out of a desire to tease them out and savour them.
This is a space to slow down and live with intention. Where we can share a passion and joy for seasonal and mindful living. It’s a space to celebrate our creativity.
For me, that means knitting. It means pottering around the kitchen, pots bubbling on the stove and a fresh loaf of bread in the oven. It’s a few stolen minutes, curled up in a chair with a cup of tea and a book while rain patters at the window. It’s walking on the beach while the wind whips the waves to froth. It’s taking a moment to watch the seasons turn.
So what can you expect from behindtheivy?
You’ll find inspiration to pepper your days with small moments of calm and creativity.
Because creativity grounds us. It nourishes your heart and soul, and we all deserve more of that.

I’m mixed British and Chinese. I live by the beautiful coast in North East England with half of my heart in Singapore, and half in the countryside.
I’m a knitter, designer, and creator. I have too many houseplants, but I can always find room for one more. I love coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon and rum on the weekends.
